Our Services at Adom Manor Care Home
Our Staff are dedicated to delivering personalized quality care services. We know that each of our residents have varying levels of care services needed. With that information, our caregivers and support staff focus on each relationship and communicating with each individual. We are committed in providing the best loving care community in Sonoma County. We want to make an impact.
- We assist in getting you to any medical Appointment, with a small fee. Will also arrange for wheelchair transportation to Appointments or any outings.
- We follow MD orders carefully inorder to assist you in taking your prescription including but not limited to over the counters correctly. Any changes in your medications will be shared with patient primary physician.
- Our experienced and highly compassionate caregivers provide the highest quality of care to residents. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
- We provide a central dining room for residents dine together as a family.
- We have many fruit trees on the property. Such as apples, kiwi, four peach trees, plum, and an Asian pear tree.
- We collaborate with local hospice entities and offer Hospice Care (four waivers) in place provided by CDSS.
- Respite Care- 60 day minimum

Three healthy home cook Meals per day including snacks and drinks
Supervised diet (if a resident follows a certain dietary alteration)
Assistance with meals as and if needed by any resident

Linens, pillows, sheets and blankets are also included
Furniture and Supplies Included
Bedroom is furnished (bed, chair, closet, dresser, and a side table)
Living areas and social spaces with TV
Hygiene and toiletry supplies
Managing of Medication

Medication inventories are kept secured
Assist in any orders for refills if needed

- Personal care such as dressing and bathing
